As your graduation draws near, various career choices begin to emerge. At Air Liquide Canada we realize that no matter what your career goal, you now need “real world” experience. That’s why we invite you to look into the ALLEX rotational program.

What is ALLEX?

Air Liquide Leading Engineering Excellence

The ALLEX Program is a 21-month rotational training and development program designed to introduce new engineers to all facets of Air Liquide early in their careers.

ALLEX participants work in different areas of Air Liquide to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding of the company and its values, while also developing key contacts with executives and employees at all levels of the company. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are placed in permanent assignments within the business group that sponsored them throughout their rotational period.

Preferred Degrees (BS & MS)

-Chemical Engineering
-Mechanical Engineering
-Industrial Engineering
-Safety and Occupational Health

Who is eligible?

New graduates who have:
-A bachelor degree in Engineering
-Strong knowledge of French and English
-Strong leadership skills and charismatic personality
-Interest in working all across Canada
-Good academic results
