Through formal training, development programs and other initiatives, Air Liquide Canada offers both new graduates and students many exciting opportunities to develop their knowledge base, hone their skills and gain real-world experience. If you’re looking to give your career a head start, check out these programs and get ready to build a great future.  

START Program – Aimed at graduates with a master’s degree, this comprehensive professional development program, which includes an international assignment, prepares our best new talent for accelerated advancement into management positions.  

ALLEX Program – Designed to introduce newly hired Engineering graduates to all facets of Air Liquide Canada early in their career, this training and development program gives these new bilingual graduates the chance to develop their knowledge and skills by working in different areas and locations.  

International Internship Program – Based in Paris, France, this three-month summer internship program offers students from various countries a great intercultural and learning experience working in R&D, Marketing, Engineering or Business Development.  

Internships – Each year, Air Liquide Canada offers many interesting opportunities, in Montreal and other locations across Canada, to students in a variety of disciplines, including Engineering and Business Administration.  

Scholarships – We take student success to heart. That’s why, each year, we provide support to students from Canadian colleges and universities.
