Online banking now available to our customers

Dear Customer,

For your convenience, you can now pay your Air Liquide Canada invoices through your financial institution’s internet and telephone banking service.

Air Liquide Canada will now be listed as a payee in your financial institution’s payee repertoire. When setting up Air Liquide Canada as a payee on your internet or telephone banking profile, please be sure to indicate your 7-digit Air Liquide Canada account number in the “reference” box. This will ensure that your payment will be correctly applied against your Air Liquide Canada account.

You will find your 7-digit account number on your Air Liquide Canada:

• Invoice : left hand side, below invoicing address (only 7 first digits)
• Statement: In box called “Customer number” (only 7 first digits)

Some of the benefits of using this service are as follows:

• Easy to use, Saves time: You no longer need to go through the trouble of writing and mailing checks.
• Convenience: You can access the history of all your payments on your financial institution’s website.

Whenever possible, we highly recommend that you pay all invoices included on your statement when using this method of payment as this will facilitate and expedite the cash application process. In addition, please do not short pay any invoices as this will increase the complexity of the cash application.
