What to Do

  1. Remain calm

  2. If you are injured or think your life is in danger, call 911.

  3. Once you have safely evacuated the area, call 514 878-1667, Air Liquide Canada's emergency hotline.

  4. Once connected with one of our employees, please follow its instructions.

Ready for Action

Our regional emergency response teams, part of ALERT (Air Liquide's Emergency Response Team), are always ready to assist customers, authorities and colleagues in an emergency. They are trained regularly, including through incident simulations, and have special emergency response equipment to help contain a range of incidents. We make every effort to constantly improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of our operations, products and services. We have put in place solid emergency response plans should an incident occur at a customer site, on the road or at one of our sites.
